I purchased two of these wind chimes as Christmas gifts. They arrived quickly but when I opened one of the packages, one of the strings fell out immediately. They are very cheaply made, certainly not worth $50.00. More like $5. I called the supplier to get Return Authorization information and left a message (no humans answered the phone). They never called back. I sent an email. No response. I sent another email threatening to contact Amazon and to have the charges cancelled by the credit card company. They finally emailed me back. It took them another month to send me Return Authorization Infomation. It took them another two months and another email to credit my account. STAY AWAY!
