My mother collects windchimes, she has dozens! This set is very unique and authentic. Perfect addition for her collection, very different from everything else she owns. She seemed to be thrilled with her gift!

I know of no one who has this wind catcher. I refrain from calling it a chime as it sounds more like a "tinker's cart" coming down a road...a welcome sound from my childhood.
It is all metal and is wearing well. I have had it hanging outdoors for several months now.

This is a great item. It is a bit tangled when you take it out of the box but I have never purchased a wind chime that was not. I am guessing the patience level of the two people who gave it one star is quite low. After spending many years untangling Christmas lights, this was a breeze. It took 5 minutes tops and was worth each minute. It untangles much easier if you have it hanging and can work on it in a seated position. Nothing was knotted and no pieces were falling off. It was a simple puzzle to move one string here and one string there. When I was done, it was beautiful. I plan to purchase a second one for a Christmas gift.

The picture of this chime looked adorable so I ordered it. When the product arrived, it was all tangled, the beads were falling off, part of the wind chime itself was broken, and a metal shaving went right into my hand! There was no possible way to untangle the mess. I notified amazon and sent it back requesting a full refund. This is not worth the money it is being advertised for, and it is purely decorative. You could not hang these outdoors, it is far to flimsey.

These are strong and well made windchimes, I'm pleased with their quality and their looks. They're a unique item, and a good conversation piece.
