It was love at first sight...simple, elegant--an object that beckons me to slow down and savor the moment. The gong's effect is spiritual. We are grateful to have found it and at the best price.

Bigger than I expected, nice sound Nov 16, 2009

I bought this as a present for my mom, but helped her install it. I guess I expected this to be somewhat smaller, it's actually quite large and very heavy. Mounting it is simple enough, just screw the three included screws through the plate with the hook into something solid and hang the bell on the hook. It makes a nice, solid sound. The kids love ringing it.

"I saw this bell in the Hardware store and ordered it online at a much better price. It was on my door step in two days!!! WOW! I bought it for myself for Christmas and can't wait to open it and hang it up. The sound (in the store) was very calming and peaceful!"

I ordered this product on June 21st. The delivery was to be made within 5 days. Ha. It turned out to be 5 weeks. The bell came through Nature's Room and they were very helpful and very apologetic in the whole transaction. No fault with Nature's room at all.
I waited patiently, then cancelled the order, then was promised delivery, then was told the bell was on back order until sometime in August. Cancelled the order again and was told it was all ready shipped.
Hooray, it finally showed up on July 22nd. Woodstock certainly needs to clean up its merchandising procedures. They suck.
As far as the bell is concerned, I haven't seen it yet. The bell was delivered to Boise, Idaho and then it will be brought to Canada because Woodstock won't deliver out of the U.S. Got my fingers crossed. From appearances I love it!!!
